Budget Presentations by Department Heads is scheduled for Tuesday February 3rd
Subcommittees meet to decide next meetings.
Please come to this important meeting as it is a great opportunity to have an overview of the state of the budget as it exists at this time. Each of the Department Heads will present a short summary of what they are proposing for their areas of the Budget – and we will have an opportunity to ask questions.
We will divide into Subcommittees. For the Budget Subcommittee, this is a great time to talk with Department Heads about meeting with them individually. For the ROPE Subcommittee, we will ask Town Manager Durlin Lunt, for an idea of what new ordinances may be proposed for consideration by the Town Meeting.
If you cannot make the meeting on January 13th, please contact one of the current officers, Bill, Jerry or Phil or the Town Office to let us know your preference for a subcommittee assignment.
